Who else sees it
We use some external services that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- the service hosting the websites (Netlify) and the server running our management software;
- Google (spreadsheets on Google Sheets and, only with your consent, Google Analytics);
- Telegram, which we use to receive notice of a new booking;
- WhatsApp, if you write to us there;
- only with your consent, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising;
- Anthropic (Claude) and, only for some images, OpenAI: artificial intelligence services we use to prepare the snapshot, the report and draft texts, with the business data and what you write to us. We use their business versions, which don't use the data to train their models.
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).
Artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to prepare snapshots, reports and drafts. AI prepares, a person checks: no decision about you is taken by an automated system alone. When you talk to one of our automated assistants, we always tell you.
How long
We keep the data of a booking or request for as long as needed to handle it and, if you don't become a client, for at most 24 months from the last contact. If you become a client, for the whole relationship and for the time required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive a copy or object to processing (articles 15-22 GDPR). You can also withdraw cookie consent from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of every page. If you think your data is being processed incorrectly you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
